Job Description
Rising Star Khilte Chehre (RSKC) is looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join its communications team. This opportunity is ideal for students or fresh graduates who enjoy digital storytelling, content creation, and social media strategy. The selected candidate will play an important role in expanding RSKC’s online presence, creating engaging campaigns, and supporting the organization’s mission of making travel more accessible for visually impaired individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow RSKC’s presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
- Content Strategy: Plan content calendars, develop creative campaign ideas, and publish engaging content aligned with the organization’s mission.
- Creative Content: Create compelling visual and written content with the goal of increasing audience engagement and reaching viral potential.
- Performance Marketing: Execute and optimize digital marketing activities to improve reach, engagement, and community growth.
- Brand Communication: Ensure consistent messaging while promoting RSKC’s social impact initiatives through digital platforms.
Requirements
- Education: Students, recent graduates, or candidates with an interest in Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome. Prior experience in social media management or digital marketing is an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta platforms, social media tools, and current content trends.
- Core Skills: Strong writing, communication, creativity, and storytelling abilities.
- Personal Qualities: Self-driven, proactive, creative, eager to learn, and passionate about social impact.
- Additional Requirement: Candidates should submit a creative portfolio along with their application.
