Role Overview
In Partnerships & Resource Mobilisation role, you will support and own key aspects of fundraising, partner and program management, and donor engagement for non-profit partner projects under Forward Impact and Changing Planet.
You will work closely with non-profit partners, CSR donors and internal teams to ensure partnerships are strategic, well-managed, funded and impact-oriented. This role is ideal for professionals interested in building a career in fundraising, partnerships, and sustainability sector engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Partnership & Donor Management: Act as a point of contact for NGO partners and donors, understand their funding needs, build strong long-term relationships, and support onboarding and management of funding collaborations.
- Resource Mobilisation & Fundraising: Generate and develop new funding leads across CSR initiatives, foundations, HNIs, philanthropic trusts, and institutions. Support lead generation, pitching, proposal submissions, and funding closures.
- Project Structuring & Proposal Development: Collaborate with partners to develop tailored fundraising proposals, concept notes, budgets, and pitch decks aligned with donor priorities and program objectives.
- Partnership Systems & Pipeline Management: Maintain fundraising trackers, partnership databases, proposal pipelines, MOUs, donor records, and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Donor Engagement, Reporting & Retention: Support donor reporting, grant updates, impact narratives, donor communication, retention initiatives, and repeat funding opportunities.
- Internal Coordination & Communications: Coordinate with internal teams for fundraising campaigns, presentations, communications, and partner engagement activities while contributing to a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Skills & Competencies
- Communication & Writing: Excellent English communication, relationship-building, proposal writing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fundraising & Partnerships: Understanding of CSR, foundations, donor ecosystems, partnership development, and resource mobilisation processes.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable working with presentations, spreadsheets, project budgets, fundraising trackers, and large datasets.
- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, proactive, organised, relationship-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Social Sciences, Management, Development Studies, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, CSR, NGOs, impact consulting, or related sectors.
- Fresh Graduates: Exceptional fresh postgraduates may also be considered.
