Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates from the database or sourcing channels to share job opportunities.
• Collect basic candidate information, including availability, interest, and contact details, and update the database accordingly.
• Coordinate with candidates to confirm interest and schedule interviews with the hiring manager or partner’s recruitment team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
• Clearly explain the job role, company, and application process to candidates.
• Send reminders to candidates about interview schedules and ensure attendance.
• Assist with sourcing strategies, referrals, and building a pipeline of potential candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (required).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to build rapport with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Strong organizational skills to manage and update candidate information accurately.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools, basic database management, or CRM software.
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet monthly calling targets.
