Corporate Partnership – Fundraising

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive CSR fundraising and corporate partnerships initiatives. The role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with corporates, institutions, NGOs, and donors to mobilize funds and create long-term partnerships. The candidate will play a key role in proposal development, donor engagement, fundraising campaigns, and CSR collaborations aligned with the organization’s social impact objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with NGOs, corporates, institutions, and high-net-worth (HNI) individual donors.
• Prepare effective proposals for grants, donations, and fundraising opportunities.
• Utilize excellent sales skills to mobilize CSR funds and support fundraising initiatives.
• Inspire new supporters to raise funds while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing supporters.
• Develop innovative fundraising campaigns and organize fundraising events.
• Raise awareness about the organization and its work at local and national levels.
• Focus on CSR initiatives and payroll-giving programs.
• Develop and coordinate web-based fundraising activities.
• Increase funding through charitable trusts aligned with the organization’s mission and activities.
• Oversee corporate fundraising initiatives, including employee giving and employer matched-giving programs.
• Manage and update donor databases, ensuring accurate donor contact and preference information.
• Write funding applications, fundraising communications, and direct-mail campaigns to engage donors.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, corporate sales, business development, marketing, or related fields.
• Prior experience in NGO fundraising or corporate relations will be preferred.
• Willingness to travel for meetings, events, and stakeholder engagement activities.
