Job Summary
The District/Field Coordinator will oversee and support the smooth execution of Parivaar’s programs in the assigned District. This role involves coordinating field activities, managing grassroots program operations, and ensuring effective service delivery to underprivileged tribal communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Coordination: Assist in the management and monitoring of residential campuses for children, Seva Kutirs (education & nutrition centers) in rural areas, ambulance services, mobile medical clinics, and vision restoration camps.
- Administrative Support: Manage scheduling, documentation, and comprehensive report preparation for various regional programs.
- Data & Performance Management: Collect, analyze, and leverage field program data to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate smoothly with internal field teams, external partners, and community representatives for efficient execution.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure strict adherence to organizational policies and timely preparation of updates for stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, administration, or project/program coordination (Freshers with relevant drive are welcome).
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data management tools.
- Proven ability to multitask, operate effectively in remote field locations, and adapt to dynamic operational needs.
- Strong willingness to travel extensively within rural districts of Madhya Pradesh as required.
